Blackwood Appeal Case Adjourned
The planning appeal for a change of use to A1 at Blackwood Gate Retail Park took place on 3rd, 22nd and 23rd June. The appeal took place at Caerphilly Council’s offices in Blackwood. Develica put together an impressive team in support of their case and expect to be informed of the Planning Inspectorate’s decision by early August at the latest.

Blackwood Appeal Date Now Set
Develica have been advised by Caerphilly Council that the date for the planning appeal has been set for 3rd June 2009, continuing on 23rd and 24th of June if required. Develica propose to put together a robust case in support of their application.
